I began getting curious about myself instead of only criticizing myself.
What had I learned to believe? What was I afraid would happen? What were those parts of me trying so hard to protect?
I began seeing how different parts of me had adapted at different points in my life to help me get through things, avoid more pain, or preserve connection. I could have compassion for those parts and understand why the patterns developed, while also recognizing the ways they were hurting me and others today.
But understanding wasn’t the whole answer.
I could recognize an old wound and still react from it. Learn about boundaries, have boundaries, and still struggle to keep them. Understand self-compassion and still tear myself apart after a mistake.
I was learning so much, but I was struggling to live what I was learning.
I needed a way to bring it together and practice it in my everyday life.
I needed compassion and accountability. I needed to reconnect with my body and begin noticing what helped me feel mentally, emotionally, and physically safer. To recognize when I was overwhelmed, practice ways to settle, and give myself room to pause before responding.
I needed to hear what I felt and needed. To reconnect with my own voice. To begin trusting myself enough to make a different choice without turning every mistake into proof that I wasn’t enough.
And I needed to remember that my worth had been there all along, even when I couldn’t see it, feel it, or believe it.
My life is different today because I began practicing a different way.
Over time, I brought together the lessons, wisdom, tools, and practices that had helped me throughout my healing and recovery journey. That became Wounded to Worthy™, the Wounded to Worthy Framework™, and the WORTHY Way™.
A way to understand what shaped us without shame. Meet ourselves and the parts of us that learned to survive with curiosity and compassion. Reconnect with our True Selves and our inherent worth. And practice bringing that understanding into how we speak, relate, choose, and live.
Because when one woman chooses to heal, she changes what gets carried forward and creates a legacy of healing for generations to come.
I still practice this work. I still have things to learn. But I’m no longer living the way I was then. When old patterns show up, I have ways to pause, understand what’s happening, take responsibility, make repairs, seek support, and choose again.
That’s what I want to begin sharing with you in 5 Days to Choose You, Too.
Through the WORTHY Way™, we’ll begin exploring one pattern keeping you stuck, the beliefs and self-talk beneath it, and what that pattern may have been trying to protect.
We’ll make room to listen to your feelings and needs, reconnect with your True Self and your inherent worth, and practice one healthier response. You’ll leave with a simple plan to keep practicing in your everyday life.

My beautiful friend, imagine being able to notice an old pattern without immediately turning against yourself. To understand what’s happening inside you and have another way to respond.
To hear your own voice. Give your needs a place in your choices. Care for others without leaving yourself.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
We can begin practicing a different way, together.
One choice. One day at a time.
